Review Policy

Every review on this site reflects my own honest reading experience. I don't accept payment in exchange for a positive review, and a book's rating is never negotiable — not with a publisher, not with an author, not with a publicist.

Books reviewed here come from a mix of sources: personal purchases, library copies, and occasionally advance reader copies (ARCs) or gifted copies from authors and publishers. Whenever a book was provided to me free of charge, that's disclosed on the review itself.

Being sent a book never guarantees a review, and never guarantees a positive one. I read closely and review what I actually think — the good, the bad, and everything in between.
